Turtlegrass Cay Private Resort

This private resort includes 8 cottages of varying sizes, a dock lounge area, and various back-of-house utility buildings.

WTG has designed all the main utility infrastructure and associated utility buildings to serve the cottages.  The includes solar power tie-in, backup generator, electrical distributions throughout the island, domestic water desalination plant, rainwater harvesting, water distribution, and sanitary/septic systems.
