Born in the Bahamas to Australian parents, Mark developed an early appreciation for island living and the natural environments that shape Caribbean development. After completing his higher education in Melbourne, Australia, he spent several years traveling, backpacking, and surfing across the world.
Returning to the Bahamas, Mark established a successful custom cabinetry company before transitioning into remote construction and development work throughout the Out Islands. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation for his respected leadership, practical problem-solving, and ability to guide complex projects in challenging environments.
Today, Mark specializes in owner’s representation and real estate sales. His regional knowledge, hands-on experience, and grounded, personable approach make him a trusted advisor for clients investing in private islands, luxury estates, and development ventures across the Bahamas.
William Thomas, P.Eng.
Mechanical & Electrical Engineer • Infrastructure Consultant
William Thomas, P.Eng. is a professional mechanical and electrical engineer licensed by the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canada (PEO), with over 20 years of experience in engineering design, infrastructure planning, and project management. His background spans technical design, condition assessments, construction specifications, tendering, and contract administration for complex building and infrastructure projects.
William brings particular expertise in integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power distribution, renewable energy, backup power, fuel systems, controls, domestic water, and sanitary systems — making him especially well-suited to projects in remote, off-grid, and environmentally sensitive locations.
After working with several mid- to large-sized consulting firms, William established his own practice, allowing him to remain directly involved in all aspects of his work. He values precision, thoughtful design, and practical solutions that support long-term project success. William collaborates closely with PanCaribbean Consulting Group on development projects across the Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
Jacqui Murdocco
Broker • Managing Partner at Biscayne Real Estate Group
Jacqui Murdocco brings over a decade of experience in luxury real estate and business leadership to PanCaribbean Consulting Group. As a Real Estate Broker with Biscayne Real Estate Group and founder of her own successful team, she offers a client-focused, relationship-driven approach shaped by years in competitive international markets.
Jacqui’s career includes senior roles with respected firms such as Maggi Realty and the J+ Group at Compass, along with prior experience as Vice President of two Miami-based companies. This background gives her a strong foundation in strategic growth, negotiation, and operational oversight.
Through PanCaribbean’s exclusive partnership with a U.S.-based real estate agency, Jacqui provides international reach and credibility, supporting clients navigating cross-border transactions between the United States and the Bahamas with clarity and confidence.
Brian Sawich
Manager for Strategic Client Engagement
Brian Sawich brings a distinguished background in diplomacy, military leadership, and strategic advisory work to PanCaribbean Consulting Group. His career spans senior roles within the U.S. Department of State, the United States Marine Corps, and private consulting, with extensive international experience across the Caribbean, Europe, and Latin America.
During more than a decade of diplomatic service, Brian held key postings including Financial Management Officer in Nassau, Vice Consul in Mérida, Mexico, and General Services Officer in Rome. In these roles, he oversaw complex operations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and supported high-level government and commercial initiatives. Since 2024, he has served as Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce of The Bahamas, where he is strengthening relationships between the local and international business communities.
Brian leverages his extensive international experience to drive strategic partnerships and provide bespoke management and financial advisory services to key clients and stakeholders at PanCaribbean Consulting Group as a Manager for Strategic Client Engagement.
Mariah Moyle
Integrative Coaching
Mariah is the author of Escape to the Bahamas, a relocation guide for those considering life in the Bahamas, and A Survivor’s Guide to Paradise, which explores cultivating balance and fulfillment regardless of location. She works one-on-one with clients through integrative coaching, supporting the release of limiting patterns, clarification of goals, and meaningful personal growth.
Within PanCaribbean Consulting Group, Mariah provides a complementary advisory perspective, helping clients align external success with internal well-being across finances, relationships, purpose, and inner well-being.
