This unique hotel features 18 guest rooms, meeting facilities, bar/lounge, and kitchen facilities.  The outdoor pool/spa area includes a pool, sauna, cold tub, hot tub, and outdoor shower.

WTG is responsible for all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design including VRF heating and air conditioning, ventilation, boiler system for on-demand water heating, natural gas service, electrical service and distribution, backup generator, interior and exterior lighting, electric car charging, domestic water system, and sanitary systems.
