12 Ossington Ave – Commercial Retail and Office

This building was designed along with the world-famous Hariri Pontarini Architects.  The four-storey wood construction low-rise is a contemporary take on the historic buildings of the neighborhood.   

The building includes ground-floor retail and upper-floor office space.  WTG designed all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including rooftop air handling units, hydronic boiler system for space and water heating, natural gas service, electrical service and distribution, interior and exterior lighting, rainwater harvesting, domestic water syste,m and sanitary systems.
